The current strategies of the project are Base Hospital Service, Community Outreach Diagnostic Camp, Vision centre service, and School Screening programme, Health Education, Networking and Advocacy. Staff capacity building, programme and clinical reviews are there as the management strategies to ensure the service qualities. Further, the project has adopted different ways as sustainability strategies. Followings are brief descriptions of these strategies.
